Is it normal to have sexual thoughts about a younger sister?

I've got a younger sister who is the only person who I ever have sexual thoughts about. she's two years younger than me and I've been attracted to her for two or three years now (I'm 18 now). I used to sneak into her room and lift her covers up while she was asleep to see if she was naked, and id "accidentally" walk in on her when she was getting out of the shower, and other stuff like that.
she's kinda the only person iv ever been actually sexually attracted to and i was wondering if anyone else ever had thoughts like that. we've never actually had sex and as far as I know she doesnt know anything about how I feel (and it will probably stay that way forever) but if I'm masturbating she's the only person I ever think about. How normal is this? I'm sure I'm not the only one like this

edit: in response to the first reply, I wanted to clarify that it's been over a year since I did anything stupid like try to look at her while she's sleeping (I was a dumb kid). I don't go that far anymore.

    I peeked on my sister in the bath and then would go beat off for 2 years, so i know what it is. It's another thing to act on it, and is not OK.

    It's relatively normal to feel attracted to your sister, but you shouldn't try and act on it. I'd try and get out of the habit of thinking of her that way, try watching porn or thinking of someone else while you masturbate. If you often think of her that way throughout the day put a rubber band or hairtie on your wrist and snap it when you think of her to get out of the habit
