Is it normal to have sex with neighbor's son?

Is it normal to want to have sex with my neighbor's teenage son? He is 16 or 17, but mature for his age. He also developed pretty early, because when he is out by the pool or mowing the lawn without a shirt on, he has a very hairy body. He seems interested in me, he comes over often when he sees me in my yard or when I get home from work. He's on the football, wrestling and weight lifting teams at school; I have to admit I find him sexually attractive. I'm 24, moved here about six months ago. I bought my house so moving is not an option. He doesn't have a girlfriend or talk about girls at all. I'm gay and I think he is trying to seduce me. Advice?

Nobody cares. You are a older girl who likes a underage boy. Nobody takes this seriously. If you were a older guy who liked an underage girl, people would call you a pervert.

    Pervert.

      I think he's actually a man.

In that case, he's even more of a pervert.

Something tells me that you're a man... Is that true, OP? PLEASE, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL HE IS OF AGE! there's something rather creepy about your post, but thank Gaia you haven't tried anything with him!
You say that he constantly is talking about girls, but yet you think he is coming on to you and that you're gay. What is your gender?

Depending on where he lives, 17 is above the age of consent. I know it's 16 in my state.

And I don't see what's so creepy about this. There isn't a massive age difference between the two of them, the young man is physically and mentally mature and they seem to be interested in each other. What's the issue exactly?

Well, you're right. I guess I overreacted. But he should wait until he is of age to pursue anything. In my state, age of consent is also 16, but some people find a teen with an adult to be odd. Both would have to have good self-esteem in case they meet someone who's judgmental.
