so iv started having sex with a co worker when we are both rostered on together we make the most of it. the thrill of getting caught turns me on and the fact he is married should make me feel guilty but i dont. am i a bad person?

the random sex probably shouldn't happen at work while you're on company time, but that's forgivable. Him cheating on his wife, however, is despicable. You should not be encouraging it, if he doesn't want to leave his wife before having random sex then he is a complete dirtbag and you should definitely tell him to fuck off, even if all you want is no-commitment sex.
