No worries, it happens all the time!
I have a recurring dream in which I'm running away from a volcano as it's erupting. I always look back and see the lava bursting into the air over a wooden playground set and trees that have these cherry-like berries on them. I then try to escape into the ocean, where there's a tunnel with cars and people running through it.
I've had this dream every few months or so since I was about five. I haven't really figured out the ocean tunnel part, but the setting and volcano are spot on for my childhood home and neighborhood. *shrugs*
No, you cannot have a reapted dream.
There has to be at least 1 difference in the dream, big or small.
so, you could not have the same exact dream twice.
And this is to all of you that say you have.
I've got the same dream 3 times in a month.
they included 4 things:
a moose
oak leaves
the color orage
3 people, 2 of them kissing and the third blaming me for it.
I woke up very confused.
I've had recurring dreams before but I never got to delve into their meanings... However, I have had dreams that had the same "plot" but they weren't recurring dreams. I was able to figure out some of the meanings for those.
Recurrent dreams are messages from the sub-conscious, and your not getting the message. You need to figure out what they mean.
I always have the same type of dreams often involving the same people. I won't say who or what but you wouldnt want to miss it.
Totally normal.
I've had a dream where I was 'The Avatar' twice.
And another dream where a giant double A Duracell battery was rolling down a metal tunnel tryin ta squish me.. I've had this dream too many times to count.
I've had plenty of repetitive dreams..
