Is it normal to have red sore

Hello, my daughter is eight years of age and all of a sudden she has come up with these pussy sores all over her hands and they are red on the outside of the passy part of the sore.She says that they feel like a heartbeat (throbbing) and they itch. I have looked at the rest of her body, and its fine.The problem is on both her hands,there also seems to be a rashy looking thing aswell,or its more like lummpy. I hope this is enough information for you to know what is up with mu girl.

    Just take two aspirins and call me in the morning. But your daughter needs to see a doctor and get a penicillin shot for that "rash". Tell her boyfriend to start wearing a condom.

    I get these or some thing very similar, mine a caused by an allergic reaction to bed-bug bites. there ain't realy mutch you can doo about them, bed-bugs are every where, clean her sheets more often, and try anti buy spray when she sleeps, but it's near impossible to get rid of them.
    they don't do much other than itch and look nasty, there are no desises\ illness they carry. I don't worry at all.

    does she get them more during the spring\summer? if so thats probably it.
    similar things happen to some people, with nocturnal mosquitos.
