Please excuse my grammar mistakes, English is not my first language.
Okay, my nipples look puffy and round most of the time, there is like this mound of skin underneath them.
But they look normal when I'm cold.
But in the locker rooms at school, girls'nipples are hard all the time
Is that normal? Do i have a problem?
Please answer I'm too embaressed to ask my mom or any of my friends!!

    probably normal.

    I have seen many, many women's nipples and they do vary a great deal. What is normal can span a huge range of variation.

    Puffy nipples are an asset. They will draw your partners attention especially if you smaller breasts. Don't be worried about this, just look forward to great sex!
