I've read that the typical male orgasm only lasts an average of 6 seconds. Well, I don't mean to boast, but my typical orgasm is at least twice as long, with about 15 contractions at one second intervals. Of course, the more excited and prolonged the release, the more intense and longer the orgasm. Anyway...

    Fifteen seconds is probably within what's considered normal, just on the high side.
