Is it normal to have random twitches?

Haiya, Yes if you can look at my profile( if you can, I barely go on this) then I'm sure you know that I don't think I'm very normal even though this'll probably either be more normal than the others.
I think I may have a form of tourettes but I wanted other peoples opinions from others first;
Kay, uh...I have twitches, well my shoulder will twitch at random times then my head would lower and my head shakes for around three seconds then everything'll be the same afterwards only for me to do it soon after...and also my cheeks twitch, Left, Right then to Left again, I get laughed at for both of these twitches or tics, and with the head shaking one sometimes I make a small squeak that I can't help.

    Yes it's normal. Maybe not overly common but it is something that a lot of people have. Myself included.

    sometimes my right eye twitches uncontrollably for hours on end, so yes its normal.

    Random twitches are normal but something as specific and that lasts as long as that might indeed be a form of tourette's.
