Is it normal to have random twitches?

So often I'll get a weird feeling in usually my leg, it's like my muscle kind of tenses and my whole body does a twitch and it kinda hurts? Is it normal?

    i get twitches, especially if i smoke weed, i get twitches in my lip, eyes, arms, legs ect

    Agree you should see a doctor but it might just be that you are getting dehydrated.
