Is it normal to have poo headaches?

Whenever I hold in my poo for a long time (like 2 hours) I get a huge headache and feel really nauseous until I take a dump.

Ps. I hold it in when I absolutely can't use the bathroom, so don't think I'm crazy and trying to hold it in to test my abilities.

Pps. On the other hand, how many times do y'all poop a day!

    The headaches are most likely caused by straining which can lead to other serious health conditions like anus propulsion. to prevent straining either: eat more fibre and drink more liquids or get a little stool to rest your feet on when you go to relieve yourself. The nausea could be caused from having to inhale your airborne fecal matter particles.

    You get headaches because compressed fecal matter presses on the nerves that affect your head.
