I've developed like 3 or 4 pimples around my vagina in the past few days. They hurt a little bit, and have already been popped. It's disgusting IMO, but I was wondering if anyone has had this before as well?
It sounds like ingrown hairs.
If you're shaving your bikini line (etc) I would recommend holding off for a little while and switching to trimming. I mean it's not like you'll be wearing a bikini in the winter.
And it's not always "bad hygiene" that's behind such an issue. It could simply be from hormonal changes. I would recommend switching to milder soaps and wearing cotton-only underwear for a bit as well.
The cotton will help your skin breathe and wick away moisture. The milder soaps will help if your skin is getting more sensitive.
And if popping them is too painful, you may want to consider using a wash cloth soaked in hot/warm water. Apply the cloth to the pimple or ingrown hair to help open the pore.
Do you shave? Might be as simple as some ingrown haires. Can happen if you wax or shave
oh do you wash your vagina often? if not then thats probably why if im wrong its because im not a doctor
