Is it normal to have pain in my ears

When I'm exercising either running or riding a bike outside, if there is even a slight breeze I have to wear a hood tightly over my head covering my ears...even if it's 80 degrees outside the slightest breeze hurts my ears. The cold is like needles stabbing my ears and the pain "moves" down my ears to my jaw... Hurts so bad it's unbearable... Anyone else have this?

I think there might be a problem with your eardrum barricade. Like a small hole that causes pressure and cold to the recepitora in your years. You might want to get them checked.

I've only had that happen to me once. I was at the beach in winter. It is quite painful. I'm glad it only happened once.
