Is it normal to have one hair growing out of my penis hole

Ever since I was 11 the first pube hair I ever got was 1 coming out of my penis hole. I am now 20 years old and very worried because it is still there. Once when I was 16 I got the balls to pull it out and felt an immence amout of pain followed by blood in the urine and sperm. I now just trim it with scissors. Is this normal?
