Is it normal to have nightmares about the devil.

Ever since I was young I've been having reoccurring nightmares about the devil trying to steal my soul. Each nightmare is a little different but always ends the same way with the devil trying to get me. Sometimes he'll be an object that follows me and then manifests himself or impersonates one of my dead relatives to try to get close to me. I wake up sweating and freaked out, is this normal?

    Don't know what your religious background is, but if you're a Christian you need to rebuke that spirit and it will leave you.

    Make ablution as per Islam n recite Surah Nas, Falaq and Ikhlas before going to bed. See if he comes..

    Religion often relies on fear to keep followers. Looks like you experienced brainwashing in your childhood that has worked a little too well. I advise you to stay away from that crap, but unfortunately religion is probably a big part of your life since you dream about the devil a lot.
