Is it normal to have never had a serious girlfriend by my age?

I'm 21 years old and I have yet to have a serious relationship with a girl. This is not to say I haven't explored the female anatomy; I've just never had a "girlfriend" so to speak. None of my relations with women last/end well. I don't think I'm hideous and I'm not above averagely weird (I don't think), I'm not gay - definitely love women. I've kinda started to think this is strange... and I feel like I'm missing out on something.

is this normal?

    Normal. You're still young. Now if you were 31 and never had a serious relationship, there might be something wrong. Have fun when you're young! Good luck :)

    maybe your to picky. But seriously its a known fact that people usually have to go through 23 partners before they meet someone their compatible with. 16 short term to find possible mates and 7 mates to find the special 1. So no worries, im sure your fine and yes its compleatly normal.

    seriously, try boys. maybe that's what you're looking for but just couldn't explain it because you haven't tried it yet. if not, you haven't spent half of your life. besides 21 is not yet a marrying age.

    some people never make the connection to have a long term serious relationship. You are absolutely normal. Don't force it, just be yourself, and be happy with yourself. The rest will happen, if its gonna.

    Its normal,
    I live in the country and there is about 2 girls to 10 guys that come out. I have never been interested in a proper girlfriend just sex really, I%%u2019m 22 and the longest relationship I have had was about a month. My older brother is 25 and some of his mates have only just got a girlfriend and some of them have never had one.

    If you really want to meet new girls, you just have to get out there and meet them. See if there%%u2019s any chemistry. If they are not interested it%%u2019s there lose. Some women are LOADS more trouble than they are worth. You just have to be content on your own, until you meet the right one.
