Is it normal to have never had a good blowjob by the time they are 30

I'm 30yrs old & have never gotten a good blowjob. I give great oral to all women I have been with, but when its time to return the favor, I get " my mouth is tired" after a 1 minut attempt. I don't smell down there & I am very well groomed.
