Is it normal to have lumps under both kneecaps?

It started like 5 months ago. I noticed there was 1 big lump under both kneecaps. They start to hurt after doing sport and resting with my knees bent. Could someone please tell me what they are

My boyfriend has one under one of his kneecaps and he was told it was a calcium deposit.

If you are saying your knees are swollen you probably have joint problems. They have stuff for this you can buy over the counter. You might have arthritis. Go to the doctor and see what he tells you. Some arthritis gets so bad you need surgery.

Could be several things, from a tibial tuberosity(if you're still growing) to osteoporosis(if you're older). See a doc in either case.

We aren't doctors and therefore we can't give you a accurate diagnoses. What you should do is see a doctor.
