Is it normal to have longer vaginal flaps?

I've never had sex or gotten fingered or licked out because I'm afraid of what guys will think when they see my vagina. I have seen pictures of normal vagina's and mine doesn't look the same. When I look in the mirror at it, it looks like I have minature testicles (minus the balls, it just hangs out), but I know that it is just my vaginal flaps being rather longer than usual. I've heard that in some cultures women stretch their flaps, but I'm non-cultured. So i was just wondering if it's normal to have longer vaginal flaps than usual??
