Is it normal to have little bumps under your armpits?

I've had little (but noticeable) bumps under my arms since i started growing hair there and they almost resemble in-grown hair type things. i'm thinking that it's just follicle growth (no it's not the type of deodorant i use, i have tried not using it and switching brands for years and they still wont go away) So is it normal?

    Sound like ingrown hairs. You should see a dermatologist about that.

    It sounds like an ingrown hair. I have gotten those before. They can get to be very painful.

    They're probably skin tags, which are normal. I have them myself.
