    Do you drink a lot of milk? Milk always gave me bumps on my face and it's been linked to acne as well, now I drink almond milk and they're gone.

      Almond milk is a natural substitute for people of lactose intolerance, which you likely have!

        Yup, I'm also lactose intolerant. Originally switched to goat milk but it still upset my stomach, so now I drink almond milk. It's delish.

    I have them too I think it's called Milia, I have them on the back of my arms too... Exfoliation(rough scrub) helps to smooth them out

    This is the asker for this question. I am a 12 year old girl, I'm not allergic to anything, and they have been there for a few months. At first I thought it was eczema, but they don't itch, so it's not that

    It's just your skin type, they might tone down as you get older.

    Goose bumps?
    More information required, are you allergic to anything?
    When did you notice them? Have they been there forever? Are you about to pass through puberty and whiskers are coming?

    For what its worth, they are likely not very important or cause for alarm, unless they become more noticeable or do start to become itchy or sensitive.

    And concerns see a doctor.
