Is it normal to have hemorrhoids that are pleasantly sensitive?
To clear things up right off the bat, I'm not even 100% sure it's hemorrhoids. There are multiple small, slightly swollen spots just inside and around my colon. They are slightly purple- or green-tinted (depending on the location), not painful, and they don't get in the way at any time. Seeing the ones on the outside requires you to press on the skin, as they're just below the surface. I barely notice them...except when they're touched or rubbed against by anything. When touched, they are highly sensitive in a manner that is actually pleasurable, particularly on a sexual level. I imagine the sensation could be compared to having one's clitoris touched, except it's in the wrong place. I've seen all kinds of complaints about hemorrhoids being painful, but I've never heard anyone describe hemorrhoids in a positive light. Are these hemorrhoids at all? If so, is this a normal sensation? If you don't think they're hemorrhoids, what could they be?
Male, 19 years, if that makes a difference.
Thanks.

INB4 STD: I'm a virgin in pretty much every way there is, excluding masturbation. STDs are a highly improbable explanation. :/
