  • How long have you been craving chocolate dairy products? Have you been feeling depressed, aggravated?

Could be because you're looking at the screen all day. Phones, computer, television.. All are really bad for the eyes and give you headaches. If you notice your vision declining, it might be from this also.

    SAME PROBLEM

Last year, my headaches were unending. But I found out it was because of my drafting work. It was so goddamn stressful I had chronic migraines.

If that's the case for you then I'd suggest drinking lots of water, and to quit whatever stressful stuff you have going. Unless you're passionate about it.

You should see a doctor and try to find out what is causing the headaches. In the meantime, you should take a pain reliever such as Anacin, that is one that contains aspirin and caffeine. Don't take Tylenol or anything containing acetamenophen (Tylenol). The body expels aspirin, but acetamenophen builds up in the body and can ruin the liver and kidneys.

I get headaches frequently, here are some of the causes I've discovered:

-Grinding my teeth at night (my biggest problem)
    -Tight ponytails
-Staring at a computer or tv screen for long periods the day before
-Clenching teeth from a stressful day
-Sleeping in positions that cause neck stiffness

Its also possible you are straining your eyesight, or looking at screens too often. Caffeine and dehydration also encourage headaches.

Migraines have a specific set of symptoms aside from just pain, so you need to see if you have any of those. But I would strongly recommend talking to your doctor soon. It'll help if you can bring them a list of a few times you've had headaches - what time of day, what symptoms, and what you were doing when it started.

Meanwhile Excedrine is great for headaches, or ibuprofen at night.

Try water, eyesight and changing your diet. Something might work.

Go see a doctor. I was suffering from headaches everyday. Turns out I have a chronic sinus infection and a deviated septum and possibly sleep apnea haha

Are you drinking enough water? It might be that, or possibly eye sight problems. Could be many things.
