Is it normal to have had telekenetic and out of body experiences.

first started with this thing where i was asleep and i felt like my body came in and out and flew in circles around my head. it was somewhere between asleep and awake. then i could wake myself up using all my energy. not a dream. this was real. ive even documented certain accounts. happened dozens of times.

then one day i was talking to my friend, hightened emotion and had a lot of energy. i from across the room, moved my hand quickly off of my head like i was swiping something unconsciously and slightly moved the mouse to turn off the screen saver. i tested the room jumped around moved shit , didnt work.
i then did this again from closer a few days later.

i am a doctor and have researched such events. your "telekinetic" ability's was actually a sudden charge of static electricity and when you moved your hand you released the energy to the mouse and that is what made it move. and your experiences at night are quite rare but i have seen such cases. you experience an unknown sleep disorder which causes certain events. some people hallucinate and one person i met who was similar to you sleep walks and acts like he is awake. he once drove to work but couldnt get in. he was seeing himself as someone else and believed he had taken someones body. you are normal and you will be fine. :)

It sounds like an outer body experience, which ties into astral projection and self hypnosis which is not bullshit

No it's not normal, but you've been born talented. Talented folk should not abuse powers. It will only result in tragedy.

Like my body "came in and out" and "flew in circles around my head".

His body was coming in and out of his own body.
Yeah, sure,it makes a lot of sense.
Were you on mescaline or something?
    You are clearly hallucinating.

normal, actually, this is not bs, im not a liar, and my pscholgist said things like this do happen to people, I had a similar exp only once, at the time i used to have my radio on at night and fall asleep with it on. i went to bed, and suddenly sometime at night i woke up sorta a cross between sleep and awake, i stood up and i could hear, see, and recognize things around me excepted dazedlike and i could not talk, the key to understanding it was i could could hear the radio going on with my favorite station, i didnt feel in much control of my body, and i would fall over slowly without contol towards the ground and into my body and sometimes what felt like into the ground, it happened multiple times that night, like i was just resetting, and the fact that my radio was playing new songs that i could clearly hear, and showing that time was still going normal was weird. i was extremely freaked out in the moring over it, and the fact was it was WAY to real to be fake.

it happens a lot during naps or when you fall asleep with the TV/Radio. your signals of sleep / being aware are mixed up.

.. or that really strange feeling you get when you're napping, like your mind is 'wandering,' and then you suggenly snap out of it and 'wake up.'

.. only you weren't REALLY dreaming.. it was more like you were thinking, but your thoughts FELT like dreams...

ya, i don't much like these sorts of things. i never sleep with background noise because i am very prone to experiencing trippy stuff. and i am pretty reluctant to take naps unless i'm very tired. i've only had about one or two naps in my entire life where i didn't get that weird 'wandering' between dreams and awareness feeling.
