Is it normal to have frustrating intrusive thoughts?

They aren't negative like most people with OCD, like thoughts of killing people or being eaten alive or anything awful. It's just, things I'd like to do that are physically impossible, that I end up dwelling on and getting upset about because I can't do them. Usually odd things, like pet foxes, or stomp on a tub of grapes, or shape shift. Weird shit, like I said. But it really ends up bothering me. So the question is less, am I normal and more, wtf is wrong with me here?

    Sounds like Shit you can't do or are not makes you paranoid about who you are and your purpose in this life and that makes you obsess about these things that are impossible / unreachable to you? Shapeshifting? Like your disappointed your not reptilian and just a basic human? I think u need to smoke some weed I recommend a sativa to get your mind going and Analyze all this again try to find some understanding or discourse

    Someone I use to love dearly use to tell me that all the time. I never really understood the true meaning of that until recently when they went and left unexpectedly.

    You are you. You are the only one in there. You create any issue inside of yourself. No one can stop those thoughts but you. No one can make the necessary changes but you. Climb your mountain and don't look back. No matter how steep it gets, keep climbing to the top. You will get there.

    I always relied too heavily on others for my own happiness.
