I dont have any now but i did have one (we did have sex and then she became my girlfriend, now my ex), but is it normal/common to have Friends With Benifits?

    I'd have to say, yes, it may be normal. Many of us would appreciate a friendship that can include intimacy, but who's obligations are limited to the sense of friendship.
