Is it normal to have frequent sex dreams of my ex?

I have reoccurring sex dreams of my ex. My ex and I split a year ago. It was a 4 month long relationship. He and my current boyfriend are in the same circle. I have no feelings towards him. These dreams have been going on for months. I have had at least 20 of them. Help.

    I wish I was dreaming about that with my ex. Him and I dated for two weeks and after about 8 months of staying friends he wanted to be fwbs. I said no and then after I was thinking about having sex with him so much... how I resolved it? Two months later I gave in, went back to him, and became his fwb. We've been fooling around for 8 months now and I enjoy every moment of it :)

    You say you have no feelings for him anymore, but it sounds like you've crammed it into your subconcious. Did you know the things you try most not to think about visit you in your dreams?
