Is it normal for me to have feeling for a really good friend if mine which is a girl and want to have more than just a friendship. Idk if it is or not but I've asked her to date me a few times and she says that she doesn't want to ruin the friendship cause we might have a bad break up.

    You should tell her that freinds make the best Lovers you already know each other pretty well when you get in a new relantionship you don know that person thats more likely to cause problems than someine you know.
