Is it normal to have feelings for a cousin

Hi all, heres my problem
first time I've seen my cousin in 5yrs(shes now 18 im 19) and at first site I was hooked everything about her is amazingly perfect, her smile her looks, her personality... everything I've looked for in someone she has, I gotta feeling she may think the same way cause that same night I kept noticing her looking at me and when I turned to face her she quickly looked away, she did flirt a little that night as I was also lol .

we havnt seen ea other in a few days and I cant stop thinking about her... she wants to hang out this weekend and im not sure what might happen. im to scared to ask her how she feels and telling her how I feel, I might just get to know her more before I do anything, its prob just a crush or something cause we havnt seen ea other in a long time

yes lots of people say its dumb course... yet others say go for it and see what happens, what should I do...
yes ill prob get commants on its gross havin sex with her leaves a 2% chance at havin deformed babies etc but I got no plans on that atm or getting married, its just soemthing thats come into my head and I cant get it out
