Whenever I masturbate I get an extreme pain in and right below my skull. It has lasted for 2 days (48 hrs).
I'm not medically qualified, but my guess would be that it's blood pressure related. Some people get sex headaches immediately following orgasm, and those definitely seem to be caused by the increase in blood pressure at that point. The advice I've seen is that occasional sex headaches are almost certainly nothing to worry about if they fade away fairly rapidly.
However, if the pain lingers for 48 hours, then I really think you should have this checked out by a doctor. Like I say, I'm not a doctor, but I can imagine how an abnormality in a blood vessel could result in a nerve being pinched when blood pressure is elevated.
Obviously, you don't need to say you were masturbating if you'd find that embarrassing; you could just say you were having sex. If that would be problematic too, then you could say the headache accompanied a wet dream (assuming you're a guy, of course).
