Is it normal to have dry skin around the ankles?

It's not flaking off but it's obviously dry. No ammount of moisturiser fixes it. :(

    Might be eczema or psoriasis. Or maybe just a little dry due to the humidity in the air dropping because of the change of season. You could dry mixing olive oil with a heavy cocoa butter cream. If that doesn't work, see your doctor. They'll probably send you to a dermatologist.
