I have had many dreams where I am in a sexual scene and even feel almost like I am truly having an orgasm? Is this possible? Could it just be because i crave it because i have yet to even experience sex due to the fact that i am still a virgin?

    Yeah its possible for a dream to cause you to have a real orgasm. And I was having dreams that involved having an orgasm since I was a baby. Even if you are a virgin, your body already knows what it feels like. I have no idea why. It's probably a biological mechanism that is designed to encourage procreation.
