    You also could have an amazing revelation or a brilliant idea will surface. Being pregnant is often (not always) a symbol of something "new" in your life.

    I have those dreams all the time and I shortly after I find out that someone I know is having a kid.

    Dreams tend to be about things that are on your mind... if you've been thinking or worrying about getting pregnant, then your dreams are just reflections of your thoughts.
