Is it normal to have dreams about catastrophies happening

Iv been having dreams about random horrible situations about the world being under attack such as people being infected and spreading it like a wildfire something like out of a zombie flim or just people killing each other recent dream i had was skyscrapers in dallas where i live being blown up one by one and this helicopter with a enormous ziplock bag full of water with burned dead bodies in it i just remeber waking up with a bad stomach ache it reminded me of 911 but worst its been bothering me

    I had a lot of dreams of tornadoes. They were terrifying.

      Im getting over it too just hate that i been having these dreams every week and alot of em have been sexual as well
