Is it normal to have dreams about a girl i knew many years ago

Is it normal to have dreams about a girl from my teenage. We used to tease each other nothing sexual but hang around often. Knew her family too. I haven't seen her or talked to her over 10 years now. She is with someone and I am with someone. It feels weird that I don't even think about her but have dreams about her nothing sexual but more kind of romantic dreams like I miss her and hug her ok may be once or twice sexual dreams :) but they were also sort of in love kind of sexual dreams which I find very weird. How come I keep having these dreams about her without even thinking about her? Anyone experienced anything like that ?

    Yeah. But maybe it's a sign. Any weird symbolism in the dreams? How do they make you feel? What are the circumstances surrounding them? When have you had them? Maybe something happened to her or something will happen between you guys. Or most likely you're just revisiting memories and shit. That's happened to me a few times with a girl I used to know.

      Well feelings are like I said I mean in the dreams usually it's like umm we belong together like she's my girlfriend or something and no one knows . sometimes its both ways sometimes it seems like I like her but she doesn't know. a bit hard to explain and I would understand if they were just a few dreams but they are quite often e.g. even yesterday I saw her again in the dreams. Idk doesn't mean anything probably but I wonder if there is something I am doing because I don't want to dream about her because usually then makes me think about her and I miss her and that makes me sad.

    Yes I can totally relate, Probably she was your real match your heart knew it but you ignored it. Your soul wanted her but you ignored or failed to pay attention. You both have moved forward but your soul is still attached to her.

    The girl I am seeing in my dreams was a good friend of mine we were romantic for a short time (no sex) but then we broke up she is happily married and have kids , its been 10 fucking years I never thought about her but I keep watching her in dreams and she is the only one I see in dreams every now and then.

    Totally normal.
    dreams are just the brain getting washed with cleaner.
    As a side effect old files get mixed up and played.
    Doesnt mean anything.
    Fun to control if you have that skill.
    But ultimatly its just a waste.
    unless you are the rare person that can solve complex problems in your dreams.

    Yeah it's pretty normal, there was this girl at my school and we had some drama happen and like I fucking hated her but every other week or so I'd have a dream about her and I couldn't figure out why,then it stopped. Now its five years later and haven't seen her since and I still have dreams about her occasionally.
