Is it normal to have died in multiple dreams?

Ok,so is it normal to have died in dreams?
Ive had 3 recurring dreams where ive fallen like 500 ft off a cliff and felt myself hit the ground then i look around and felt my heartpace slow down and feel cold and next thing i know im looking at my body all bloody and broken from an aerial view...another one i had i was walken with a friend and i get shot by someone and same feeling, heartbeat slows and i go cold and see myself from an aerial view...the last dream i had i died andi went into another dimension or something..the weird thing is these dreams all feel SO REAL. And when i wake up im soo glad im alive and not dead...i thought if you died in dreams you die in real life??

I only have weird dreams that have disturbing, very deep meanings, most of them involve me dying in ways much worse than these.

I've fallen from planes, been run over by steam trucks, shot, stabbed, etc. I'm still here and breathing.... Or am I? You are normal. People that study dreams only say you shouldn't die in a dream cause the majority of people don't.

Obviously the rumor of dying in your dreams is a lie cause even I have died in my dreams and I am still here.

Yeah, I don't know who started that dumb thing about dying in your dreams means you would die for real. For one thing, how would they know he had a dream where he died if he didn't live to tell about it?

People don't really know what dreams are made of but one theory is that it's your consciousness trying to make sense of the stuff that is sifted through as your brain rearranges the knowledge you've aquired throughout the day.

Perhaps death's just been on your mind lately.

I've been shot before, strangled etc. in a dream so I think it's not that uncommon but 'apparently' I'm 'weird' and my friends have 'never died in a dream before'.

There is a myth associated with dying in your dreams and it is that you will die in real life. False, of course. Dying in your dreams can be interpreted as many things.

    1. Some people view it as a good omen. They say it actually represents the opposite of dying which would be prosperity and longevity.

    2. It most commonly occurs when you are facing something, such as a new chapter in your life, loss of job, loss of spouse or someone/something important to you, anything that would be viewed as "life-altering".

    3. Your subconscious often makes you dream of your own death when you need to expand your horizons or undergo inner growth.

    4. Your subconscious may also be telling you it's time to drop something that is poisonous in your life. Maybe a friend or a significant other who is a "dead weight". Perhaps you need to leave all your cares behind and start something new.

    5. Death dreams could also be telling you to take a look at your habits and how the affect you. Are they positive or negative?

Basically, death dreams are about self-renewal. They shouldn't cause any alarm as most of us have them. So yes, you are normal. Hope this helps :)
