Is it normal to have diabetes symptoms but normal blood sugar ?

i have most of the symptoms : frequent urination , increased thirst , wight loss , feet and hands tingling ,blurred vision ,stomach pain , nausea , i vomit twice , i get dizzy , extreme hunger but normal blood sugar , it was 80 after 14 hours fasting , i test it at home

  • No, it is not normal. Stop eating so many sugary or starchy foods as a part of your regular diet. Eat more foods with a low glycemic index rating.

    Perhaps you should also see a doctor.

    Well even if you don't have diabetes, it sounds like something's wrong. Nausea and frequent urination are signs of pregnancy, but if you haven't had coitus you don't have to worry about that. I myself have had some of those symptoms lately; I'm thirsty a lot and I'm up 2-3 times in the night to pee. And I've lost weight but that might be from eating better and exercising. Diabetes runs in both sides of my family, I may not get it but I'm at risk. Maybe you are too, you could be pre-diabetic. I suggest you see a doctor.

    No it's not normal, but I have the same problem. I have PCOS which is caused by Insulin resistance, so I'm basically pre-diabetic. If you're a girl you might want to talk to your doctor about insulin resistance. Just because you don't have diabetes now doesn't mean you won't get it in the future. Meanwhile watch what you eat.
