Is it normal to have coughing spells

I walk to work. It is about a 20 minute walk. It has been cold lately. But it seems when it am about 10 minutes away I start coughing. It is mild. And I start to hear an I guess weezing noise when I try to take a breath. It doesn't get bad till I am inside my job, then that is where I start coughing uncontrollably, and hard. I Have had co workers if I was ok. if it helps your answer, I work in a girls prep school in the kitchen. It isn't dirty. We clean top to bottom every day before service. The coughing never happens when its warm.

    1. Bronchitis
    2. Sinusitis
    3. Sinus infection
    4. Asthma
    5. a very bad cold
    6. pneumonia

    Ask a doctor. I myself get these issues a lot. I usually caught something when this happens.

    I had symptoms like this before and I had severe bronchitis. See a doctor. They will give you some antibiotics or inhaler for most of these.

      I had that when I had bronchitis. It took a good while for it to go away completely.
