Is it normal to have chest pain like this?

Hi,

I am 21, biologically female. I've been having chest pain that comes and goes. I don't really know how to describe it, I guess the best way I can describe it, is it sort of feels like something is pressing up on my chest slightly from the INSIDE and there's mild pain that comes with that feeling. When I get that feeling/pain, it's across the whole left side of my chest. This started 2 days ago. And for some reason, I only get the feeling/pain when I bend forward or lie down, and it doesn't happen every single time. Is this normal? Also, I always wait at least 2-3 hours to lie down after eating so I doubt that has anything to do with it. But I do have anxiety issues so I don't know if that has anything to do with it...
Also, I've had this fullness feeling in the left side of my chest almost the whole time I've been sitting here. But that's probably just all in my head, since I've been worrying about my heart the whole time I've been sitting here.

NO its not normal!! Please go see a doctor!! you could get a heart attack if you dont. because you explained getting this pain whenever you sit or lay down. it could get worse. Dont waste anymore time staying home and not doing anything about it!
