Those chest pains are probably mini heart attacks. You probably have an undiagnosed cardiac condition. Soon you may feel pain in your left arm and succumb to a fatal heart attack.
One of the wonderful things you inhale in cigarette smoke is Formaldehyde (look it up) which I'm sure helps with the throat pain.
In order to speed up this process, try adding some alcohol to the mix, say a litre of gin a day.

      Don't worry the poor lad...
It's more likely you're suffering later stages of lung cancer. You'll be spittin' up black gobs of mucous in no time.
Now you go enjoy that rich tobacco flavor with every labored breath!

Sorry to disappoint, but I've been a slave to tobacco for many, many years. Actually, I've been trying to quit longer than most on here have been alive. My wife has finally gotten me off them, but the desire is so strong that I want a cigarette each and every waking second. Evil, foul addiction, for sure.

Just quit before you get hooked. I hate to say it, because I had an emotional attachment to smoking more so than an addiction, but cigarettes are overpriced as well as bad for you. Don't waste your health and money. Cigarette smoking is also terrible for your skin and it causes wrinkles.

Definitely stop smoking .A good friend of mine died a few months ago at 53 from cancer which started in his lung and spread to various spots including his brain. He smoked cigs and pot...from the time he was diagnosed till the time he died was only 3 months.

How weird. I smoke and nothing of that happened. Maybe you should quit smoking.

Hi Alex! You may not know this, but smoking is indeed a poor health choice. I would certainly advise you to see a doctor, in addition to smoking less, with the doctor will also likely advise.
