Is it normal to have butterflies in my stomach all the time?

I constantly have butterflies in my stomach on week days it went for a while and it came back worse and I wondered whether this happens to anyone else. I have now had them on and off for a year and there is no reason of what i can think of. Is this normal? Am i just worrying?

    I'm like that too, extremely stressed for multiple things. This isnt a healthy situation.
