Is it normal to have brown discharge?

Okay, so...I just got my period. It's supposed to be in the middle of the month but it came at the first of the next month so I didn't have a period last month. Now, I have brown discharge. It's really freaking me out. Please help me the best you can.

NOTE: I'm a VIRGIN and my period is regular!

    I've already got off my period. Its not blood..

    Yeah brown means old blood.

    Sometimes it's brown. I heard somewhere it's old blood..I dk but it's normal. You have not contracted an std yet.
