Is it normal to have body hallucinations ?

This night, I had the feeling that my cheekbones were changing (really feel sensations) to prevent me to look good if I lost weight(Look less chubby, more defined/chiseled, ect...) but diminish the fat to make it invisible in my current state, (So I can't prove it) it was after a bad tought. (So i had the feeling of being "punished")
Feared (by the experience who seemed real but mainly the fear of have lost the potential to ever look good) I have seen myself in a glass, and when I concentrate myself too much I saw the skin of my face become beige/yellow and without perspective, like a 2D mask with wholes for me eyes, and in transparance I have seen something scary and black behind my head, it had stop my concentration and I have do this again one or two with always the same result but with the impression to become more attractive at each try...after a moment I was relaxed and I went to bed.

Is it normal ?

I can't diagnose you but you are expressing what must be confusing and disturbing thoughts to you, thoughts that I don't think a healthy-minded person should have.

Do yourself a favour and try to think more positively of yourself and don't stare in the mirror so much. But most importantly, talk to a therapist about this.
