Is it normal to have black outs like this?

Ok. So whenever I get up too fast I black out like a person normally would, but sometimes the black out gets really bad. When I get a bad one I become dizzyish and whatever Im touching my hand will keep grabbing at it even though I know somethings there. Recently my arms and legs will become tingly and numb along with the grabbing for solid objects. Does this happen to anyone else? IIN?

Most likely if you're young and otherwise healthy your blood pressure is just a bit low. A small increase in the amount of salt you eat will usually fix that, no problem. Alternately if you are excessively tall it's not unheard-of to need to sit up/stand up slowly to give your circulatory system time to get the blood to your brain.

Your blood pressure is probably on the low side. When you stand up quickly, blood doesn't go to your head fast enough. It's called orthostatic hypotension. That's happened to me all my life. Get it checked.

Go to a doctor. You could be overtired, under-weighted, lacking iron or B12, suffering from anaemia, a neurological problem, stress, anxiety disorder, low blood pressure or more serious underlying diseases such as cancer or heart diseases, blood diseases, intern loss of blood. There are many diseases and syndromes. Too much to write. Before going to a doctor you could try to sleep more hours, eat healthier and sport.

I have POTS. Google it...same symptoms. Try drinking more water and building up the muscles in your legs. It's always best to consult with your doctor.
