Is it normal to have a bad stereotype about the muslims that they are terrorists without searching and get knowing more about Islam ?
It's normal (sadly) but also incorrect. There's only one reason why you feel the way you do about Muslims, and that's because you've been manipulated into it.
America knows that nothing unites a nation more than a common perceived enemy. America is also clever enough to not imbue that enemy with nationhood (as it'd be racist). It's just about okay to hate an ideology, though.
Today it's Islam. In your parents' and grandparents' day, it'd be Communism. For a brief period, it was "Old Europe". It's no coincidence that there is always one and just one perceived enemy, because the enemy is largely created on a whim.
The worry is how this policy will be viewed by history. A lot of innocent people have died. For now, though, I'd urge everyone to ignore about 99% of what is reported in the media and do your own research. Either that, or don't hold an opinion based on hearsay.
It's kind of normal, but I don't think its fair. You should actually do research, before you stereotype anyone. I've done a moderate amount of research and while I can't say I have the most positive perception of Islam, its dumb to assume that all their is to it is terrorism.
It seem to be a widely spread and accepted form of racism among the ignorant population. But then, I certainly wouldn't want to be classified as such and hopefully there are enough educated folk out there who feel the same.
