Ask your doctor, it's your mouth or something with your stomach

  • Someone's got some rot in their mouth... You!

You should go to your dentist before you end up with some nasty abscesses. Your oral health is important to your overall health, so you should take it seriously.

Floss and mouthwash. Brushing doesn't expel bacteria like mouthwash does.

Ye your tongue is 80% of the smell so brush it. :)

If you go to the dentist regularly and there's nothing wrong with your teeth or gums, it's likely some problem either in your nose/throat or in your stomach. You should see a doctor about them in that order. It could be an indication of something far worse than simply a bit of bacteria in your mouth.

I have had 24/7 horrible bad breath coming from my throat for 5 years. Nothing that i have tried has helped even for 5 minutes. Brushing my teeth and tongue does nothing, flossing does nothing. Had my tonsils removed and no change. No mouth wash makes it go away. I have scanned my sinuses and my teeth and it came out clear. I'm the loneliest person in the world thanks to this. I hate my fucking life so fucking much. I hate the whole god damn planet i wish it would blow up. No doctor even cares about my problem, they just shrug because they can't find the cause.

  • I don't want to scare and disgust you, but you may have tonsil stones (like another user pointed out). If you look them up on the internet, you will see nasty pictures, so please don't...Wash your hands and get a Q-tip and press towards the back of your mouth (the beginning of your throat). See the little thing at the back of your mouth that hangs down? There is a cavity at either side, and also a lump at either side. That is the tonsil region where the stones are. If you GENTLY press with the Q-tip, some whitish "stones" may come out. They smell and taste AWFUL, so flush them down the toilet/throw away wrapped up in Kleenex ASAP. Good luck!

That happened to me and I found out I had tonsil stones (which I'd never heard of) but once I dislodged them my breath went back to normal. I suggest googling tonsil stones or YouTube has some informative videos too. Beware - they are so nasty!! Good luck.

Flossing gets rid of most yuck, but then follow it with mouthwash. Get a tongue scraper too scrap it till you gag...a plastic spoon works if your in a pinch;)
