Is it normal to have an unwanted, secret crush on your cousin?

This sucks and I cringe when I think about it but it's true. My cousin is 2 years younger than me but I've always seen him as a little boy so like my little bro but you know you go through development and high school and he's grown. He's a good looking boy and I'm sure he gets a lot of girls. I remember a long ass time ago we were lying down with our faces pretty close and just talked a lot more than before and I believe ever since we formed a bond, an intimate one. Now it gets awkward every now and then but being surrounded by family makes it less awkward but if it's just us, I dunno, it gets intimate again. This is totally nuts but I like the feeling of how we can't have each other and leave it as what if we weren't related? what would happen....
What should I do? What should happen? Oh and if this matters, he's my second cousin so my cousin's son. My cousin would probably laugh if she knew about this but then probably cry.

Perfectly normal. You can't control who you develop feelings for. You should discuss it with him, get it out in the open. If he doesn't feel the same way, you may feel rejected, but you will be able to heal and move on from it. If he does feel the same way, then something may develop out of it. Either you may find yourselves wanting to be together long-term, or you may have sex once and find you have gotten it out of your system.

If you do have sex, take care to not become pregnant, although if he is the son of your cousin (actually First Cousin-Once Removed, not Second Cousin) the chance of birth defects is approx 3.125% (source: Wikipedia).
