    I'm guessing that the "o" is a hickey. A hickey is just a bruise and it doesn't have anything to do with losing your virginity. I doubt it's a sin. If the church considers it a sin then I pity their lack of sense. Put ice on it. That should clear it up, but do it fast or it'll be harder to get it to clear up.
