Is it normal to have an almost nonexistent sex drive?

On a daily basis, I have basically no sex drive. I go throughout my day feeling almost nothing as far as attraction to people. But on occasion I will walk past or see an image of someone, and become flustered and aroused. But after a short time, I go back to "normal". I find I can't masturbate either, as about two minutes in, I lose any feeling of arousal and can't keep going. Is this normal? P.S i’m a 26 year old woman.
