Is it normal to have an aching heart after smoking weed?
Yesterday, I smoked a strain of haze, weed, and had a very unexpected and intense reaction. I had an extreme trip where everything slowed down and became enhanced. I felt increasingly dizzy and my heart beat was racing, and so much so I could hear it pounding in my ears. I was on the borderline to freaking out, but managed to stay calm and sleep the rest of the trip off. I woke up earlier and I was ok, except for the fact my heart feels slightly weird and a bit achy. It doesn't hurt and I feel fine apart from it (i.e no headaches, no breathing problems, no light-headedness) and it seems to be fading a bit, but i'm just a little concerned. I've only started smoking recently, and this is my 10th session since about 3 weeks ago, so I could safely say I'm used to it enough by now, but what I experienced yesterday was definitely something else. Are these feelings normal? could it be the type of weed or my reaction? bearing in mind I do suffer from mild anxiety and stress. I'm thinking would it go with rest? or should I see someone if it prolongs, however doing so could risk me getting caught. What should I do? any advice is appreciated :)
