Is it normal to have an abnormally small head on a huge body

I'm huge... I weigh 330lbs. But my head is smaller than average, about the size of a toddler's head. My hands and feet are also about the size of a toddler's.

    Maybe some one comes into your bed at night and blows into your wiener blowing u up like a balloon
